Overdraft Protection Options*
TruWest's overdraft program protects you from unexpected overdrafts by automatically paying certain items, up to your approved Personal Credit Line limit or authorized savings account balance(s).

TruWest's Overdraft Privilege Program** protects you from unexpected overdrafts by automatically paying certain items including checks, Automated Clearing House (ACH) items, recurring debit card transactions, and online Bill Payment transactions up to a $750 limit. This program is automatically added to every qualified checking account. TruWest will also pay for certain ATM withdrawals and everyday debit card transactions only if you give us consent to do so by opting-in. This "courtesy" is offered at no cost to you unless Overdraft Privilege is used to pay a transaction in which sufficient funds were not available. For each item paid there will be a $35 fee. Additionally, you must opt-in to receive overdraft coverage on ATM withdrawals and everyday debit card transactions.

**A per item fee of $35 is assessed for each overdraft item paid via the Overdraft Privilege Program. You have the option to "opt out" of this product at any time. Overdraft Privilege items are paid up to $750 per transaction. Overdraft Privilege amounts must be promptly brought current (to zero or a positive balance), no later than 30 days from the overdrawn occurrence. Please be aware that opting in does not constitute either a written agreement of an obligation or a prearranged agreement for TruWest to pay your overdrafts and we may withdraw this privilege at any time. Payment of any overdrafts will continue to be at the discretion of TruWest and payment of an overdraft does not obligate us or create an agreement or course of dealing on our part to allow overdrafts on any occasion.
