Junior Achievement
TruWest is a proud sponsor in the Phoenix and Austin areas of Junior Achievement (JA) which offers programs that inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy. JA uses hands-on experiences to help young people understand the economics of life.

In Arizona, TruWest sponsored JA’s Exchange City where junior high children run the town and have a goal to pay off their shop’s loan by the end of the day. TruWest managers in Texas also participated in JA’s Stock Market Challenge, a simulated stock exchange that benefits Junior Achievement of Central Texas. And to further show our support for financial literacy, TruWest employees continually volunteer at local schools to present financial literacy programs to children of all ages.
