Geographic Areas:
  • Anyone who lives or works, or any business located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
  • Anyone who lives or works, or any business located in the designated ZIP codes in Pinal County. (See Eligible Arizona ZIP Codes table below)
  • Anyone who lives or works in the Riata Apartment Community in Austin, TX.
  • Anyone who lives, works, or attends school in Travis County or Williamson County, TX.
