ELECTRONIC MONTH END STATEMENTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Consent For Electronic Delivery of Member Notices and Month End Statements
By selecting "Accept" below, you agree to receive your TruWest Credit Union (“Credit Union”) member notices and account statements electronically (the Online Statements or eStatements service).

We notify you, via email, each time a new notice or Online eStatement becomes available. You agree to accept these emails, and if necessary, configure any spam blocker to accept all emails originating from the internet domain, estatements.truwest.org. You also agree to promptly notify us whenever you acquire a new email address, by updating the email address field in your Online Banking profile page. If the Credit Union sends you an email notification and it is returned as undeliverable, you agree that we may terminate your participation in the Credit Union’s eStatement Service and mail subsequent statements, disclosures and notices to your last known mailing address on record. Disqualification from certain benefits and imposition of fees may result.

Member notices and account statements include activity and balance information on savings, checking and other share accounts as well as loans, lines of credit and credit card statements, if applicable. Member notices further include, but are not limited to, the following categories of records: annual privacy policy; annual error resolution notice; annual statement of billing rights; all annual tax forms, initial, amended and change-in-terms account disclosures, agreements, terms and conditions; and any other notices or documents that we may be required to provide you or that we elect to provide to you. All notices described herein are collectively referred to as “Member Notices.”

Your month end statements are made available to you when you logon to your Online Banking account using your Member Number and Password, then click on the eStatement button located at the top of the page. You are provided a readable, printable and downloadable format from this site. You agree that in addition to your regular monthly member account statement, we may also send you important notices and disclosures as required by law or regulations regarding your TruWest membership and accounts. These notices and disclosures may be sent or shown separately on the eStatement Web page, may be viewed or available when you are logged into Online Banking under “Notices”, incorporated into marketing newsletters, or on the downloadable pdf statement. The Credit Union from time to time may mail you Member Notices in paper format in its discretion instead of, or in addition to, providing electronic delivery of certain Member Notices.

To access and retain your Online Statements you must use a PC, mobile device or other device with the capacity to interface with the Credit Union’s system. Prior to enrolling for eStatements, you should verify that you have the following required hardware and software: A computer or mobile phone and Internet browser that can support 128-bit encryption and is a current release version of Internet Explorer® (Windows only); Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox (Windows and Mac); Safari™ (Mac only); Internet access; PDF Reader-Acrobat® or similar software may be required to view and print PDF files; access to a printer or storage medium such as a hard drive so that you can download or print Online Statements/Member Notices; and an external email address.

The Credit Union is not responsible for providing any equipment, services or advice related to equipment necessary to interface with the Online Statements and is not responsible for any error in connections, transmissions or otherwise regarding any system, software.

You have the right to receive a paper version of your month end statement(s). In order to do so, please sign into Online Banking, click on the eStatement link and then click on the Enrollment link located at the top of that page. Choose the Paper radio button to convert your electronic statements back to a paper statement. If you receive a paper statement(s), you will no longer have access to past electronic statements. You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive your statements in electronic form by mailing in a letter to TruWest and informing us of this cancellation, listing your Member Number then signing and dating the letter. Mail your request for cancellation to: TruWest - ATTN: Digital Banking, PO Box 3489, Scottsdale AZ 85271-3489.

Except as prohibited by applicable law, we may change the terms herein at any time. We will notify you of any change in terms by email, online prompt, or by postal mail. We reserve the right to waive any term herein, and any such waiver shall not affect our right to future enforcement. If there is more than one party to the account, notice to any accountholder will be effective for all.
