If you’re a member in good standing and you’d like to become more involved with TruWest Credit Union, grow the credit union movement and make an impact in the community, you are invited to apply for candidacy consideration by our Nominating Committee for a volunteer position with the Truwest Board of Directors.
Among the qualifications, ideal candidates will reside in Arizona or Texas, have a college degree and background work in a field complimentary to the credit union such as accounting, finance, law, digital technologies, auditing and meet all of the minimum qualifications and requirements of a TruWest Credit Union director. In addition, candidates must have the means during the day to attend a monthly board meeting in the Phoenix area in person or by other means and be able to dedicate the necessary level of time commitment to serve as a director. Credit Union volunteer experience, interpersonal skills, analytical experience, and several other demonstrative attributes will be brought into consideration as well.
