The TruWest Annual Meetings are an opportunity for members to hear our Board of Directors and Management Team address the State of the Credit Union and update members on new and exciting initiatives at TruWest. The business to be conducted includes the annual report, Board election results and unfinished business.

2026 Annual Meeting

We are excited to have you join us for the TruWest Credit Union 2026 Annual Meeting on Tuesday, April 21, at 5:00 p.m. (MST/Arizona). The business to be conducted includes the annual report, Board election results and unfinished business. Please follow the instructions below.

Online viewing instructions:

    1. At least 5 minutes prior to the meeting start time, on your computer or mobile device, visit https://www.cuballot.com/truwest-meeting.
    2. Log in with your MEMBER NUMBER and the LAST FOUR NUMBERS of your Social Security number (SSN).

HOW TO LOCATE YOUR MEMBER NUMBER:

  1. Log in to your TruWest account through online banking or in the mobile app.
  2. Select your Share Savings Account and click Account/Details.
  3. The 7-digit ACH number (the number followed by the account suffix) is your member number. DO NOT use the suffix.
    • If you have difficulty logging into the meeting page on Tuesday afternoon and need immediate technical assistance, please call us at 602-629-1948, otherwise email us at [email protected].
    • IF YOU CANNOT HEAR once the meeting begins, confirm your computer/device volume is on.
    • Comments or questions submitted may be addressed by speakers during the meeting’s question and answer session. However, there is no guarantee these submissions will be presented or receive a reply.
    • This is a live meeting and technical issues may limit viewing availability or quality.
    • If you are unable to attend this virtual meeting, a recording will be made available on our YouTube channel.
