Pay from your TruWest Account

Online Banking

  1. Log in to your TruWest online banking account.
  2. Click on Move Money and choose Make a Transfer.
  3. Select an account to pay from.
  4. Select an account to pay to.
  5. Choose payment date.
  6. Setup reoccurring payment date, if desired.
  7. Enter the payment amount.
  8. Click Make transfer.
  9. Click Confirm.

Mobile banking app

  1. Download and log in to the TruWest mobile banking app.
  2. Select Make a transfer from the bottom menu or the PAY button on the loan and transfer your money as the payment.

Pay by the phone

  1. Make a payment over the phone by calling 1 (855) 878-9378 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. MST, Monday-Friday.
