Requirements for WISH Borrowers
The ideal loan for creditworthy low- to moderate income borrowers, with expanded eligibility for financing homes in low-income communities.
- Property must be located in Arizona or Texas
- Complete a homeownership counseling course
- Must meet annual income eligibility guidelines in Arizona or Texas, where the property is located6
- Open escrow on home purchase prior to March 31, 2025
- Must meet required credit qualifications for a TruWest loan7
- 4-to-1 matching grant; up to $30,800 maximum5
