Make a Payment
As a TruWest member, you have two primary ways to pay bills: from your TruWest account and through another financial institution.
Important Notice
Bill payment services will be unavailable during our system upgrade, scheduled Friday, February 27 through March 2, 2026. Any payments scheduled by 2:00 p.m. (MST) on Friday, February 27 will be processed by the end of day on Tuesday, March 3.
Pay from Your TruWest Account
Online Banking
- Log in to your TruWest online banking account.
- Click on Move Money and choose Make a Transfer.
- Select an account to pay from.
- Select an account to pay to.
- Choose a payment date.
- Setup recurring payment date, if desired.
- Enter the payment amount.
- Click Make transfer.
- Click Confirm.
Mobile Banking App
- Download and log in to the TruWest mobile banking app.
- Select Make a transfer from the bottom menu or the PAY button on the loan and transfer your money as the payment.
Pay By Phone
Make a TruWest loan payment over the phone. It’s easy, fast and secure. Call 1 (800) 262-6574.
Pay in Person
You can make a loan payment at any one of our convenient Financial Service Centers locations.
