How to Use Skip Pay
After you log on to your TruWest online banking account
Select “Skip Pay (if eligible)” under additional services
Select the loan(s) you wish to skip from the drop-down list
Select the payment month you want to skip
Select an account you would like to use to pay the processing fee
Note: If you have automatic monthly payments set for the loan(s), remember to cancel the transfer for the month you are skipping.
Disclosures
1There is a $5 processing fee for TruWest Visa credit cards and a $35 processing fee for other eligible loans. All fees must be deposited in a TruWest account before the Skip Pay can be processed. Interest continues to accrue on the unpaid balance and, if applicable, the term of the loan will be extended each time a Skip Pay is processed. Only available on eligible loans, and limited to no more than one skip a payment (including COVID-19 related relief) in a rolling calendar year (12 months).
