  • When will the TruRewards upgrade take effect?

    On July 24th, 2023, TruWest will fully transition to the new and improved version of TruRewards. Please note between July 14 – July 23, you will not be able redeem your points temporarily.

  • Do I need to do anything?

    Yes. When logging into the new program for the first time, you will be prompted to register your TruRewards with a new username and password.



    When setting up your new username: “Last 6 digits of Account Number” field is referring to the last 6 digits of your TruWest Visa® credit card number.

  • Will my existing TruRewards points rollover?

    Yes. Your existing TruRewards points will roll over into the updated program. Please note, between July 14- July 23, your will not be able to redeem your points temporarily.

  • How do I access my TruRewards point balance information?

    You can access your TruRewards account three different ways:


    1) Access your TruRewards information in the “Additional Links” section in Online Banking as you do today.


    2) Access your TruRewards information from the TruWest Mobile App.


    3) Visit and click on the “Access My Points” button.

  • Are there new reward options with the upgrade?

    Yes. Here are the current and new redemption options that will be available with the updated program:



    • Cash Back1
    • Gift Cards/eGift Cards
    • Travel – Including airfare, hotel, rental cars, and packages
    • Gift Points – Transfer points between memberships




    • Pay With Points – Use earned points to erase past purchases
    • Check Out With Points – Redeem points real time for discounts at selected retailers
    • Charity – Use points toward Phoenix Children’s Hospital, American Lung Association, and Dell Children’s Hospital
  • Can I still earn extra points with the upgrade?

    Yes! With the new program comes Card-Linked offers, which will allow you to earn additional points at participating merchants.
