2025 Board Election

Unlike banks, credit unions turn to their members to elect a board of directors who will best represent their interests. This is why it’s important for you to participate in this process and vote in our 2025 election. Voting begins January 2, 2025, and ends on January 31, 2025. Results of the election will be announced at TruWest’s Annual Meeting in April 2025. This year you’ll have the opportunity to fill three Board member positions by voting for up to three (3) Board member candidates.

How Can I Vote?

  • Click the “Vote Today” button below and you will be redirected to our secure TruWest election ballot site. Follow the directions to enter your member number and last four digits of your Social Security number.1
  • Make a selection for each candidate you’d like to vote for. You’ll have the opportunity to review your entries prior to submitting your vote. If you vote more than one time, only the last vote will be accepted.

HOW TO LOCATE YOUR MEMBER NUMBER

  1. Log in to your TruWest account through online banking or in the mobile app.
  2. Select your Share Savings Account and click Account/Details.
  3. The 7-digit ACH number (the number followed by the account suffix) is your member number. Do NOT use the suffix.

Your electronic ballot is confidential and secure. Electronic ballots are available 24 hours a day, from 12:01 AM (MST), January 2, 2025, through 11:59 PM (MST), January 31, 2025.

Disclosures

1All members in good standing as of December 14, 2024, are eligible to vote. One vote per membership. Only valid Social Security numbers and tax ID will be accepted for authentication. All others will be invalid.
