What is the TruRewards program?
TruRewards is an exclusive rewards program for TruWest Visa® Platinum Points, Visa Signature® and Visa Business Platinum Points® credit cardholders. You’ll be automatically enrolled in the TruRewards program and will begin earning 1 point for every $1 you spend!
What can I redeem my points for?
Cash Back – Get up to 1.50% back on everyday purchases.
Gift Cards – Choose a gift card from your favorite retailers.
Travel – Take a cruise, book a hotel or escape on a flight. Your dream destination awaits.
Merchandise – Select anything from electronics and jewelry, to outdoor gear and indoor appliances.
Charitable Donations – Show support for your favorite charitable cause.
How can I earn extra points?
Watch your rewards grow with the following additional cardholder perks:
Add a cardholder – Automatically earn 5,000 bonus points when you add a cardholder to your account. Plus, multiple cardholders means you’ll earn TruRewards points faster!
Join the Get Extra Points Program – Earn up to 10 extra points per $1 spent by taking advantage of bonus point offers. Click “Get Extra Points” from the “TruRewards” section of your online account. Each Get Extra Points offer is in addition to the standard 1 point per $1 spent, so you could potentially earn 1,100 points on a $100 purchase!
Get Extra Points also gives you access to exclusive discounts and offers while shopping online. Just be sure to use your TruWest Visa® credit card when shopping through the Get Extra Points portal.
How do I redeem my points?
View your TruRewards point balance and redeem your points by logging into your online bank account and selecting “Visa-TruRewards” in the “Helpful Links” section.
