Tempe, AZ – CreditUnions.com just released its Return Of The Member (ROM) rankings for the second quarter of 2018 and TruWest Credit Union is ranked number one in Arizona. ROM, designed by credit union research company Callahan & Associates, measures the financial benefits a credit union’s customers (members) receive such as low loan rates, high deposit rates and low fees. The ranking has been in place for more than two decades and holds a prestigious honor in the industry.

ROM reviews credit union rates, the service options offered to members and how many people utilize the products and services offered. The ranking hones in on savings, lending and usage. The score is then compared with peers- and TruWest scored highest in Arizona.
