  • eDeposit. No need to visit an ATM or Financial Service Center to deposit a check. Take a picture and upload it with our online eDeposit tool. It’s quick and easy.
  • Live Chat.1 Just because you’re at home doesn’t mean you miss out on the personalized service of one of our Financial Service Centers. Use our Live Help tool to chat with one of our member service representatives.
  • Quicken® Direct Connect. Access and manage your TruWest accounts directly through your Quicken and Quickbooks® software. Register for Direct Connect within your online account to get started.
  • Money Management. This easy-to-use online financial dashboard allows you to import accounts from other institutions to help you budget, manage debt, set and track savings goals and more.

Get Started with Online Banking

    If you have never logged into online banking before, please use the following credentials to access your account:

    USERNAME: Your TruWest member number. If you don’t know your member number, please call us toll-free at 1-855-878-9378.

    PASSWORD: Last four digits of your Social Security or Tax ID number

    Create Username & Password

    Once logged in, create a personalized username and password. For greater security, use a combination of letters, numbers and special characters

    Get Verification Code

    Enter up to two phone numbers to receive a confirmation code via call or text.

    Verify Account

    Once you receive the code, log back in using your new credentials, and enter the code you received.
